so i just got a new beardie he is 6 months old and not all of his poops have blood but some do....after i realized what it was i got did some research and found out that hook worms is usually a problem with bloody poo. i read panacur was the thing to give them. i have parazap will that work? i supplemented his last two feedings with parazap and this morning when he pooped there was no blood.....so what to do?

I don't know, but you should NEVER self-medicate your pets. Dragons can get very sick or die from wrongfully administering meds.

Hello,

While it is great that you are doing research on parasites & worms, anytime there is consistent blood a fecal should be done. The parazap really does not "kill" the worms or parasites. It basically cleans out their GI tract which helps eliminate & cut down the amount of parasites & worms that are present. He still may need some Panacur.
