I also had a bad experience with the silkworm cups. I keep them in a bin with needlepoint and feed them off the rest of the food in the cup by grating it on top of them. After the food is gone, I use the mulberry leaves which don't mold and are free where I live. If you have a mulberry tree near you, I'd suggest you try getting them again, with or without the food cups. They do much better in bins as long as you don't touch them with your hands and clean their food.
Reptiworms are good as well, but they're so small I find that buying less silkies for the same price is better since they're a lot bigger.
Well thanks for the care info. I just got an email from Mulberry Farms , their asking for a picture of the damaged container but it wasn't really damaged , just open. I'm not sure if they'll replace them now :?
