Seymours and BeardieBoy...what are the reasons you are breeding your beardies? Do you have bins set up for all the babies so that you will only have 2 or 3 babies per bin? and UVB lights for all those bins as well as heat lights? and will you have plenty of appropriate sized feeders to feed all the babies? and have you done your research to ensure that all the babies will get a good healthy start in life?
I'm not trying to sound harsh, i really am not, but there is so much more that goes into breeding than just putting two beardies together and having a clutch of cute little baby beardies. It involves planning long before the mating occurs, starting with proper nutrition long before they mate and insuring that your beardies are in excellent condition before putting them in a breeding situation which especially depletes the female.
Just please really examine your heart and ask yourself what are the reasons why you want to breed them. They deserve only the best top notch care long before breeding occurs...can you provide that 100 % from the very start?
