Beardy with gout?

Hello, I haven't posted in a while. My earlier posts focused on swelling from her front left arm, I noticed that the swelling was spreading to different limbs and went to the vet and she was diagnosed with gout (although verdict is still out and could also be a joint infection, or something else kidney related), to make matters worse she had pinworms cocidia, and flagelettes. She was given a multitude of medicine. I was told that gout is a kidney disease, and later researched that antibiotics stress kidneys.

The swelling spread to the right forearm, the back left leg got really swollen, what I find wierd is that the limbs that aren't swollen (back right leg, and front right wrist) have swelling in the extremities. There is also swelling in the spine and tail. The doctor had a xray done, and the bones look good, there was no bloodtest done.

She finished the antibiotic treatment 2 weeks ago, and is still on a allpurinol, probenicid, and meloxicam(pain reliever every other day). I have yet to bring back a stool sample to the vet.
What I am wondering is if the antibiotic treatment should have progressed the gout, but I havent seen limbs getting bigger, only 2- 3 extemities swelling a little,(they poped up at start of treatment).

I have also been told to give water to the dragon, I try to give about 3ml of water mixed with cranberry juice(20:1, the juice has cane/beet sugar). How much water should I give daily, she is 8months old and 13inches.

The antibiotics can be tough on the kidneys and wouldn't help with gout if that's what's going on. A blood test might reveal elevated uric acid levels which would indicate that gout could be a problem. The Allopurinol is good for treating gout so I would continue with that. You may also want to offer dark cherry extract which can help reduce the symptoms of gout. This can be mixed with water too. The extra hydration may be helpful for kidneys so I'd keep up with that.

A blood test or a culture from fluid in one of the swollen areas would be helpful for determining if gout is the issue. If it is, I would reduce or eliminate use of other meds if possible in order to reduce stress on her systems. The Allopurinol and dark cherry extract will help to manage gout but won't eliminate it. The treatment is a lifelong process.

I finished the antibiotic treatment almost 2 weeks ago, and am currently giving alpurinol and probencid. Is gout reversible? Can the crystals be eliminated?

As far as I know it's not reversible but the symptoms can be managed and the progression can be halted with medication.
