beardies poop does not look normal

ok so i just got a new bearded dragon kind of a rescue and she has very floppy skin seems very unhealthy and i am trying to get her back to health slowly got her yesterday, she is a full grown female about 8 years old, was housed in a 12x30 cage WAY TO SMALL ... she is now in my 75 gallon tank and my smaller beardie is in the small cage for now new glass to build big cage comes in 3 days. anyways her poop does not look the same as my other one and looks not right. any advice would be helpful

The floppy skin and lack of urate (the white part of poo) leads me to believe she is severely dehydrated. You need to start giving daily baths plus water by mouth, as much as you can get hr to drink 2 or 3 times a day.

i noticed that already as she right way whent to the waterfall when i got her and she drank for a good 3 minutes when i gave her a bath, her skin seems like she is deydrated as well not as colorful and even looks dry, what would the diarrhea like and light color poop be from ?

Loose stool can be from a change in diet or stress. Once she has settled in some more, you should have a fecal done to rule out parasites.

Out of curiosity what are your live feeders?

When I want to make sure my little guy gets some extra water, I drop dubi's from above into a really shallow water dish which they can climb out of. Result is dripping wet dubi that gets eaten quite quickly.

right now the feeders are crickets gut-loaded with the water cubes+calcium and the high calcium cricket diet. also feeding a horn worm hear and there, i am unsure of what full grown beardies eat atm all i have is my little one and now the bigger one. what are some really good insects to feed to get her very healthy? i am giving 2 bathes a day so far because she likes to drink when in bath and already i can tell her skin is starting to darken up a bit and not look so cloudy.

Well I can't really comment on "good", but I use repti/pheonix/calci worms (depending on where you are and brand preference, there's a whole debate over which brand to use in another thread) as his main "staple" feeder insect. They are nice as you can soak them in water and they expand becoming squirming water balls. Great for keeping beardies hydrated. I also toss 3 - 10 either dubia's or superworms depending on their size, one at a time into a very shallow bowl of water not even deep enough to fully submerge a superworm, and they come out dripping wet and never get a chance to dry (this is evening treat). Hornworms and Silkworms when I have them are a treat.
