I've had my beardie since he was a baby. He is now 1 year and couple of months old. There is a big problem
He hasn't pooped in more than a week. Despite him having adenovirus, he is a very healthy beardie. When it was summer i would take him outside for him to run around every day for at least 30 minutes. He ended up getting the habit to only poop outside. In the summer thats a great habit but now that its low 50'sF outside i can't take him outside to poop. He refuses to poop inside his tank. 2 weeks ago it started getting too cold and we were not able take him outside to poop so he went about 9 days without pooping. Then on the 10th day it ended up warming up quite a bit so i took him outside, within 10 minutes he took a giant poop. After that day it ended up just getting colder so now i haven't had the chance to take him outside. It's been now about 8 or 7 days since he's pooped. I tried the bath + massage method yesterday but it didn't really work. I gave him some olive oil a little bit ago because i remember people saying that could help and we will see in a little bit if that will do the trick or not. If it doesn't work, i don't know what i will do to get him to poop. If it does work, is that something i can rely on every time to get him to poop?
