Beardie Names!

Hi everyone

Now I have not seen every post there is to see yet LOL but my son has chosen a name for his beardie. Fogive us if there is already one (or many) of the same name here

Razzle......Razzie when bearding....Razz when just being cool ya know? etc. etc.

Also.....is there a 'What's your Beardies Name' topic here somewhere? If not, it would be cool to have a thread where you just list your Beardies name(s). It would be fun to read them one at a time

Tiamat-male.

When we got him, we thought he was a girl. We chose Tiamat because in Babylonian mythology, Tiamat was the mother of all gods. Then we figured out he was a boy. Luckily Tiamat means the king of gods in another mythology. So it worked out

I used to have dragons names Tiamat (lol) and Fafnir (Rip babies) both were girls (we thought Fafnir was a boy) but my husband and I met on Final Fantasy 11 online so that's why we picked those. My two new dragons are named Leviathan also from FF and Enki who was the daughter of Tiamat...and they are definitely boy and girl :wink: (not housed together tho and they are bro and sis!!)

Mine is Reptar, which is from Rugrats cartoon. He came with his name and I decided to keep it. Some days I wish I had given him my own name though, but it's stuck now lol

Mine are:

Dudley- male. It was just such a cute name, and it fit his personality so well! He was nameless for 3 days after I adopted him because I couldn't decide, and he first owner never told the people at the reptile shop his name...

Wink- male. (RIP) He had a huge abscess/infection in his eye when I adopted him, and it was swollen shut. The vet wasn't even sure if he had an eye at first, so I named my supposedly one-eyed beardie Wink. When the swelling went down and he could open his eye I discovered that he did indeed have two eyes, but the name had already stuck LOL.

I love Razzle! That's adorable.

My dragons' name is BeeGee. Supposed to be initials for Bearded Dragon but my boyfriend failed a little on spelling and said BG instead. Which is alright with me because its original and who doesn't like the BeeGees?

My baby beardie's name is Shep, when we brought him home we really had no idea what to name him so I decided to watch his personality for a day and see if I could find a name that fit him. Well I don't know if any of you have seen the movie George of the Jungle with Brandon Frasier in it but on there he had an elephant that acted like a dog and his name was shep. My baby was pacing along the glass of his viv and scratching on it, acting much like a dog so we named him Shep lol. It's odd but it's cute. My new beardie who we adopted came with the name Princess. We wanted to change it but I honestly cannot think of anything and I cannot pronounce half of those greek, chinese, japanese or egyptian goddess names lol. I like princess anyway.

Lucius Malfoy - male

We used to have Bellatrix, Narcissa, Ariana, Nymphadora, Gilderoy, Luna (RIP), Severus, Lily, Ginny, George, Hermione, Merope, and Igor. Not to mention the babies we hatched and found forever homes for in 2009. lol

Obviously all named from Harry Potter. Some of them were rescues and only with us until we found them forever homes. The others found new forever homes as well due to some unfortunate circumstances of ours. We only have our Lucius now and we love him dearly.

I named one of mine Simba because his basking spot and background reminded me of Pride Rock. My other one is named Lil Red for now until I find a better name, but Lil Red is actually starting to grow on me and I might just keep it. I guess he'll have to be named Big Red when he gets older.

We have:

Gobi- They come from the desert so we picked a desert name we liked and named her Gobi
Amigo- because he is my husband Jeff's little buddy
Ash-because when we got her she was almost dead at the pet store and she was ash blue/grey we brought her home to give her a family for what time she had left. That was in
august.
Cadmus-Greek mythology he was the sewer of Dragon Seeds and the founder of the city of Thebes from the dragon seeds. Big shoes for him to fill but he is a biiiii boy already.
