Beardie has blood on his eye

Today I noticed that my bearded dragon has blood on his eye and I don't know what it could be caused by, I'm really worried. I thought that maybe he needs more vitamins but I don't know how true this is.

Hi there....it wouldn't be vitamin related, looks like there was a bit of trauma but not too bad, looks temporary. Does he keep it open most of the time ? You can put a bit of raw, unpasteurized honey in it [ mix 1 part honey /3 parts warm water ] and apply twice a day. It works as an antimicrobial. I think it will be fine, but if it starts looking worse you may want to seek a qualified reptile vet to have a look but it will probably clear up on it's own after a while.

Thank you a lot! I was really worried about him, I'll get the honey as soon as I can. Also yeah, he does keep it open most of the time but sometimes it looks like it hurts a bit and he closes his eye for a few seconds just to give it a break.
