You can try some squash baby food maybe even some chicken just make sure there is nothing added. Ideally you want the hottest part of the enclosure (basking spot) to also be the highest uvb. I just want to make sure he is able to get strong amounts of both at the same time especially since he isn't eating on his own and may be getting weaker you dont want him to have to pick and choose.

I’ll try it in the syringe later. Also, it might sound crazy seeing as though its summer, but could this be a possible brumation? I just woke him up and he seemed very unwilling to properly wake up. But now that I’ve watered him and he’s awake, he isn’t very happy. He has been active but most of the day if I don’t pick him up, he will just sit. What should I do? Take him to the vet or leave him be and see what he does? It’s been days and I’m not sure if he can last any longer.

With you saying hes not sitting in the spot he should to bask what does that mean ? Hes off to the side on the floor?????????? If hes offered a gradient heat that is ideal for them - that way they can pick a spot they want to bask -- if you give the baby food make sure its watered down so hes getting hydration --- being dehydrated will make them not eat

No. I mean that he sits on his hammock (which has a place where he can bask between the UV and heat) but on the wrong side of the hammock. I have been caring for him the exact same way I have been for the past few months so thats why this is all very confusing. He is hydrated. I water him on his snout every morning and sometimes once in the evening.

UPDATE:
He has just eaten some superworms after I cut one in half in hopes that he would smell the guts and find it more appetising. He still has yet to eat some veggies though.

Did we ask if he's losing weight? What about parasites? Has he had a fecal test done?

You ruled out parasites and no you didn’t ask but I have only weighed him a few days ago and he weighed a pound on the dot. He has not had a fecal test done but I’m on quite a tight budget at the moment so might not be able to get one depending on the local prices. Don’t think he needs one either. He ate his veggies and his worms today. He just needed a little bit more colour in his veggies I think. Got him hooked on worms again when I put them in his mouth when he was yawning. So right now, he is doing good. I’m trying not to jinx myself or get my hopes up so if anything goes wrong again I’ll let you know.

Ok you can call the vets office and ask if you can bring a fecal in and drop off - tell them you need to know now much a test would cost and go from there--- also if his poop is really stinky like enough to drive your from the room and its really runny that could be a sign of parasites -- fecal test where I live my vet runs $30 and they are sent out

I’ll have to wait until he poops but I’m 95% certain that he doesn’t have parasites. I’m trying not to spend money unless I really need to at the moment since I’m on quite a tight budget. Unless something new comes up, I might have to hold on.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
