Beardie can't poop!

Hi, my little lizard is 6 months old and has been pooping everyday since I got him with no problems! Today he was using the bathroom and his urate came out no problems but it seemed his poop was too big to pass and he pushed and pushed but then stopped trying! I've given him a warm bath and massaged his tummy and nothing! He can't seem to push it out.

I'm pretty about him! Here are his viv specifications;

Slate tiles
40° hot spot
10% UVB strip bulb
25° cool side
No loose substrate

He has been eating Dubias, black crickets and locust
His salad is, rocket, spring greens, squash, okra, cucumber and red pepper
He always has standing water available

Please let me know if it's urgent!

what substrate is he living on ?

what are you feeding to him , diet and schedule ?

He is on large flat slate tiles,
His diet is Dubias, black crickets and locust but his staple are the Dubias,
He has a mix salad of rocket, spring greens, okra, squash, red pepper and cucumber. He is fed a unlimited amount of Dubias in the morning along with a his salad (both calcium dusted and dusted weekly with a D3 multivitamin)

His temps are mesured with a laser thermometer and his hot spot is 40°, cool side 25°
