Beardie bulging out throat and opening up mouth wide

Hello, my Beardie has recently had some strange behavior. He does not act sick, but I believe he possibly could be. What happens is he bulges up his beard and throat in rapid succession, and after he does this he opens his mouth very wide. There is no black beard or displaying, it happens for about 8 seconds and then he is done with it. He is pooping, eating and everything else regularly. I started noticing it happening about two days ago and it is still going on so it is starting to worry me. Any ideas? I will try to get a video as well but it is very randomly occurring.

My beardie does this too, usually when she's going to shed her face/neck area. I think they are just trying to stretch/loosen the skin. She will sometimes do it periodically with no shed in sight. I don't think it something to worry about.

Okay thank you so much! His beard/neck is shedding.. That's probably it. I appreciate the help!
