Is there a particular soap I can use to help Merlin smell a little better? He doesn't necessarily stink, but it isn't pleasent either.

most things would be irritants to his skin, i wouldnt think anything would be good to bathe him with.

If my dragon gets messy or stinky I put some Dr Bronner's baby mild unscented soap in the bath with him and let him soak for 10 min or so. That usually does the trick and the soap is quite mild and hasn't caused any issues.

If you must bath your dragon, just use warm tap water.

I would not use any soaps or detergents or perfumed products as they all post a health risk if the dragon ingests any in the water and they are sure to irritate his eyes if any of them get in the eyes.

Yeah I get it at the local grocery store. Target carries it as well. It's all natural with no perfumes etc. While I don't let him drink from it, it's really mild and not likely to cause a problem if ingested aside from perhaps an upset stomach for a bit. It's unscented organic soap made with natural oils such as coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil, etc.
