He probably does not like the
UVB light, I hate to say. Or, the red light.
The Reptiglo 10 tube light has low wavelength frequency of UVB which is very hard on their eyes & it is not very favorable for D3 synthesis, either which over time, they can develop calcium problems.
I highly suggest getting a Reptisun 10 flourescent tube bulb. You can get it for a very good price from:

Also, using a red light for basking is not bright enough & doesn't allow the pupil to constrict in order to protect the eyes from any UVB source. So, I recommend getting a bright white light such as a halogen bulb. They are much more active with bright white light.
The stick on thermometers are not very accurate, they can sometimes be off by as much as 20 degrees. So, the kind of thermometer that you need is either a digital probe or a temp gun. The temperatures are very important to the overall health & well being of your dragon.
