Bearded Dragon toe fell off?

So this morning i woke up and discovered that my Juvenile beardie (Georgia) has lost it's toe. You can still see blood (not dripping) in the place where it fell off. I noticed about 3 weeks ago that the very same foot looked funny and had a little blood on the claw. I don't know what happened to it. About 2 weeks later (about a week ago i think) the claw or toenail fell off. My bearded has tried sleeping a little while under her basking light which i have not ever seen her do ever. Everythings else seems to be just fine and she seems like it doesn't bother her and doesn't seem stressed. I use half paper towels and half repti carpet , a 50 gallon tank, a coil Reptisun 10.0 UVB light, and a 75 watt basking bulb from All Living Things. Is there anything i can do in the meantime to help its toe if i do in fact need to go to the vet?

I think she needs a vet. It looks infected and seems to be traveling up the foot. In the mean time, keep it clean & use antibiotic ointment or raw honey on it.
