Bearded Dragon Staying still all day?

My beardie is staying still all day. He is staying at his basking spot and is not moving. His urates are also yellow. (I believe this is because of over supplementing I supplement every day with calcium.)
He is around 7 months old. He has a tube UVB. He does not get veggies to often. I have a water fountain on the opposite side of his basking spot. ambient 80-90 and basking spot 100. Any ideas?

Hi. Can you post a picture of the set up? Also if his tank gets to humid with the fountain he can get a respiratory infection.
