bearded dragon not pooping and not acting like himself

I have 7 and half month + old bearded dragon name Spike and he hasn't pooped in a week. Another thing he not acting like himself he is eating but not has much as he usually does. He used to throw his food all around the cage but hasnt done that in week and every morning about 9:30 am he used to attack the glass but hasnt done that. And on side note he hasnt shedded in a month. I just tried the apple sause and oil but he didnt like it he a real picky eater. He cage is at 95 degrees

The slow pooping is a common issue, especially when the temps outside get cooler. Give him a bath every few days and massage his tummy in circular motions and downwards towards his vent until he poops. It can take him 15-20 min to go in the bath so be patient with him! He can also be a little slow on eating due to climate changes, sometimes they wont eat as much for a little while and then go back to having a hefty appetite! Just be sure to make sure he doesnt start dropping weight! I would up his basking temps to about 100 if you can. Is he lethargic? Do you measure temps with a probe thermometer or a temp gun?

Can you give me a rundown of your setup also please?

He is basking more then he usually does but when i take him out of the cage he runs around for about 15-20 mins and then he will come down. The other day he climbed some computer wires behind my computer desk and fell asleep after about 15 mins of running around, it was about 8 at night he got up at 7 am. I have been giving him a bath everyday now for about 10 mins sense i notice he wasnt pooping . His cage setup is a 100w powersun uv self-ballasted mercury vapaor uvb lamp on one side and on the other its just a uvb light. He is in a 20 gal tank (which he has a good bit of room to move around) I measured his basking temp with a thermometers in the cage. He has a hammock about 6 inches from the heat lamb which he loves to be on the thermometer is around the hammock so it might be closer to 100-105 degrees where he is basking. He has rock under the hammock he goes to cool down and today was the first time he went in the rock sense i got him, he usually just lays on the top of it. He has log he climbs to get on the hammock and water and food dish. His weight hasnt changed.
