Bearded dragon eye problem

Hey so my one of my bearded eyes seem to be stuck rolled to the back of her head almost? the actual eye takes up only a corner of her eye socket and the rest of the space is just white. It seems to be irritated too as she’ll try to occasionally scratch it with her hind leg.

What kind of substrate-? Try washing it out w/ some saline see if there is something in the eye-
