Bearded dragon constantly hiding

I opened her hide again and I am finding her inside again. Actually she will bask if I put her until she reaches her prefered temperature, then she will retreat back in her hide. She ate a lot yesterday and the day before, she has no black beard, no stress marks, what is wrong? I cannot stand this anymore. Do you have any other suggestion? I talked with her previous owner and he told me that she always tended towards cooler temperatures, she basked mostly after meals.
