Bearded dragon beard is black

So when I picked up my beardie today je seemed okay at first until his beard puffed out and had his mouth a little open his cage temp is 95° to 100° and I fed him kail today as well, before his beard turned black he jumped off me, also when I put him back in his tank he ran to one side and was moving left and right almost pressing his face against the glass, thanks

that is totally normal. puffing their beard out is just a sign of aggression and/or stress. my beardie will sometimes do that as well.

Temps are quite hot, is 95 the cold side temps and 100 the basking temps?
Or is that just the basking temperatures.

Just in case I'll just tell you this,
All temperatures should be monitored with a temp gun or a digital temperature gauge with a probe.
Basking spot - 100-110, no lower and no higher.
Warm side - 88-95. This is the spot around the direct basking spot/underneath the basking branch/ledge.
Cool side - 70-85.
Night time temps - 65-85.

Kale is okay to feed beardies but in my opinion should only be fed regularly if you offer greens like collard, turnip, mustard and endive along with it. At least have one of those greens in the salad as well.
