Bathing in the sink?

Just curious guys, i bathe my dragon in the bathtub (he drinks and swims for a while then poops in which i immediately take him out and drain it). But i recently realized that he is small enough to be bathed in the sink, and i was wondering if that was ok? I mean, i brush my teeth in it and wash my hands with non-toxic hand soap in it but thats about it. Would any leftover toothpaste or anything hurt him if he drank the water? (obviously i would thoroughly rinse out and wipe down the sink before and after.) I just really would like to bathe him there for easier access.

Thanks in advance for anyone who can answer my question! :)

Until just last month Blaze was getting all of his baths in the bathroom sink. I am lucky that our sink is a very good size.
The sink is much easier to keep from hanging over your beardie.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
