Bad smelling poop (Warning: Poop images)

Hi all, I have to be brief cause I'm at work. I went home for lunch and my room had this horrific, almost barf-inducing smell to it. It was chesters poop which he's regularly taking on his hammock. This is the first time since he's been off crickets that his poop has smelled this bad. I have been feeding him dubia Roaches and silkworms and offer some salad which he somewhat eats. He loves dubia and silks, today he had both for breakfast. His poop looks daily normal, not too runny or hard, just so bad smelling. Everything has been pretty normal up until yesterday where he seemed really jumpy with me. And when he's on me, he seems to cling more which tips me off as if something is different. He's been stressed pretty bad lately but I assumed it's his shed which he's been finishing up. All that's left is his right-rear foot and his tail. I bathe him 1-2 times weekly and his temps are good 85-100 on hot, 70-80 on cool. I have a reptisun 5.0 but a 10.0 is on the way. There does seem to be a bit of yellow in it but it's white overall. He's also been eating a lot more lately and put on some weight but not enough to be abnormal.

That looks relatively well formed but won't win any awards. If it's clear the room stinky I wouldn't worry about it once or twice but if it continues for a couple of weeks it might be worth getting a sample checked out by the vet. They can sometimes just have an upset stomach that will cause odd poops but it when that's the case it doesn't usually last too long.

When he was eating crickets, his poop smelled really bad all the time. It was disgusting. I switched him off of it a month or two ago and his poop had been normal. Not overly disgusting. Honestly, crickets were probably making it worse now that I can compare it. But it still worries me that you today his poop went back to smelling like death. I'm hoping it was maybe just a one time thing...
Also I don't feed him supers because their nutritional value isn't that great and chester is only 5-6 months. I'm feeding large silkworms and small/med dubia

Oh ok! That would make sense. If his tummy was/is hurting, he probably wouldn't want me to hold him much. Poor baby. I'm hoping that's all it is. If it continues, I'll have to schedule a vet appointment which is totally not in my budget but I'll make it work ? TBH when I got Chester, I didn't expect to love him this much, But now he's my precious lil baby that I'd do anything for ?
