It doesn't look like there is anything harmful/toxic in them but I would use something that sanitizes as well. I suggest a combination of spot cleaning with a vinegar/water mixture which helps get the solid bits up. Then spray it with a disinfectant like F10SC or using a small steam cleaner. Otherwise you could use the wipes to get the solid bits, wipe it with some water to rinse it, then disinfect the area.

Curious also...what about Clorox anti-bacterial wipes? I use those to spot clean after I pick poo up with toilet paper.

I don't like to use those because they may leave a harmful residue if not rinsed thoroughly. I prefer F10SC for a disinfectant because it's safer when diluted to spec.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
