Baby beardie will only eat waxworms

I have a 10 week old beardie who is only about 30 grams and 8.5". He has only grown about 4 grams in the past 2 weeks. He seems to be very active and healthy but does not have the appetite like he did when i first got him. I struggle everyday for him to eat even 1 dubia or a couple small superworms. He will always eat his greens. I believe he is addicted to waxworms and i have not given one to him for a while but if i put one in front of him he runs to eat it. I tried phoenix worms and he ate them for a day and now he wont touch them... only waxworms. I dont know what to do i have a ton of insects but he wont touch them, any suggestions?

Yeah that can be a problem with waxworms that's why should only be an occasional treat. Mine did a similar thing and didn't want anything else other than wax worms. We had to take the tough love approach and stopped the wax worms. Kept offering other bugs and after a few days he started eating again. Now wax worms are a very rare treat
