Hello guys!!i have a 4 month old BD bought 2 months ago from a breader. His name is Raven and my family loves him. He is very active and he doesn't look sick. The dimensions of his terrarrium are: 150x50x50 cm. As a basking bulb i use 60w exo terra daytime heatlamp and for uvb exo terra solar glo 10.0 uvb 150 13w ( there is no reptisun 10.0 in Romania. I bought one from ebay, but it came after 2 weeks, broken). I keep all the bulbs inside the terrarrium. I measure the temperature using digital thermometer with probe and the temperature is about 40-42 degrees celsius in the basking spot, and about 30 degrees celsius in the coolest side of the enclosure.
The problem is that he is not eating as much as should be. Since the first day (at me) he eats about 1-2 small crickets per day. I tried also with small dubia, lateralis, mealworms and superworms. Same story. At the begining i tought that this happens due to relocations stress, but it seems like this situation is much serious. He don't like greens at all.
About 1 month ago, i started to force feed him. Doing that i succesfuly feed him 6-7 crickets per day without any problem.
In about 3 weeks i will leave the city for about 2 weeks. My family will ensure his food.. but they are not able to force feed him.
What do you think? Is there any problem or is he a picky eater?
PS: i use jbl calcium powder. He poops daily, and the poop looks ok.
PPS: sorry for using european measuring system.
