Well, Ember and Anaru have finally done the deed and gave me 22 eggs. I lost two due to a malfunction in my incubator. It could have been so much worse. As of right now, I have two babies out as of Monday night and Tuesday morning. They came two weeks faster than I expected and all of the other eggs are still cooking. Not sure why this happened, but they're perfectly formed, no yolk sac attached, and are active. They haven't eaten as of yet, but I offer them pin head crickets and a blended mixture of veggies twice a day. Hopefully they'll try tomorrow. I just moved them into their new enclosure today as I read that new hatchlings should stay in the incubator for at least 24 hours before being moved. Any thoughts as to why these two came so early and the other eggs are still incubating?
