Argh! ReptiSun bulbs, help!

I ordered (2) 36" 10.0 UVB reptisun fluorescent bulbs for my fixtures, only use 1 and have the second as a spare for the next 6 months that would pass, but instead LLLreptile sent me 2x 5.0 ones.......

does this affect anything? should i send them back or something? I'm somewhat pissed and confused right now
(i had even sent a message stating that i ordered 10.0)

does 2x 5.0 = 1x 10.0?

I don't want to open them until you guys clarify this, thanks, please reply asap!

u shud have ordered from petmountain. they r cheaper 2. $25 shipped for one reptisun 10.0, thats where i buy my stuff and its always great. never a mixup.

Unfortunately in this case, 5 plus 5 does NOT equal 10...They don't put off enough UVB, I would return them and wait for the 10.0.

On a side note, I have 6 beardies and always order from petmountain and have always had great luck with them too!

i have to agree with the pet mountain and they are having a sale right now and have some discount codes you can actually get the lights
cheaper.

Well do you have a friend in the states you could get it sent to then have them get it to you?

now its gonna take another 10 days to ship me the right bulbs if not more.....
and if i have to send them back the 5.0's at my expense i'll be ******************* pissed.

they should have to pay to ship they 5's back they are the ones who messed up. I hope you get it fixed.

ALright, so they will ship the 2x 10.0 on monday, and i get to keep the two 5.0! im pissed it will take naother two long weeks to get them, but ill set up for now the two 5.0 in the viv, and that should be okay for now ^^
