aren't beardies supposed to grow fast?

The everyone,
People always talk about how fast their beardies grow and i know diet is a key factor, and she gas an excellent director for a month old baby.
So . . . When do they start growing like a weed?
Everyone, not just people on this site, fact like they population out of the egg and grows like a beast, and if that's not true, how fast die your bearded dragon(s) grow??

Not all grow at a fast rate but a lot do. I got Jupiter when he was 8" and 2 months old, now he is 4 months old and 14" but I consider his growth exceptionally fast.
I'd say between 2-3 months they start a huge growth spurt, some may start later though. Like you said, it really depends a lot on diet and care but genetics play a huge role too.

Yeah i didn't expect her to grow for like three months, but during research we heard they grow fast, and my moms like when is she gonna grow?? Okay, thanks a bunch

If you don't get the right kind of UVB soon, she might not grow fast at all, not to mention all the other health issues she could develop.

I did... but i hot a new one as soon as i got out of the hospital.

What brand did you get? there are junky tube types too. If you didn't get a good brand then you will keep having problems with her eating and being lethargic.

I bought a reptisun 10.0, us that sufficient for her? My turtles used the 5.0 for awhile now.

Yep, thats the one you need. You should see a improvement in her apatite and growth soon

Yeah, we when outside today, i set up like a playpen for her, and she absorbed some rays from the sun. My cat was really jelous, so he had to walk around outside too (after i brought her in) he's like the sibling who was adored until the new baby got home, lol.

It just depends just like people, each dragon is different. My first dragon grew extremely fast by the 7th or 8th month he was 18 inches. My second one didn't grow as fast she was about 14 inches by the 7th month.
