You need a good calcium powder supplement to dust his live feeders
(almost all insects have too little calcium in relation to the phosphorus levels)
You can use calcium with added D3 or calcium without D3, also ensure he's getting plenty of UVB exposure (a 'high-output' UV or mercury vapor bulb is recommended if you use the without D3 type).
Live feeders should be lightly dusted with calcium, 1 meal a day, 5 days a week.
You should also provide him with a good multi-vitamin supplement powder.
Live feeders should be lightly dusted with vitamin powder, 1 meal a day, 2 days a week.
(My personal schedule is 2 days calcium, 1 day vitamin - that actually works out to an "8 day week", but makes it easy to remember and keeps things nicely spread out).
The other supplements (pro-biotics, critical care, etc) are optional, and can be quite useful in helping him recover from various medications and illnesses, but aren't normally needed on a regular basis.
