Are black soldier flies nutritous or are they like the lettuce of the insects?

I'm talking about the actual black soldier flies and not the BSFL. My beardie loves eating the flies but can't find much infomation on if they're a staple and healthy or should be avoided.

i don't have any links to share or anything like that, but i have seen people say around here many times that the flies are just fine for feeding. no personal experience though. the one time we bought the BSFL sir henry wasn't really interested in them, so we fed off the small amount we had and haven't ordered them again. he's a dubia man apparently!
