Hi guys, I know a lot of the threads about lighting don't get answers because the amount of threads about them......
I have read through a lot of threads on lighting and Im still very confused.
Is the arcadia the best? or the Reptisun 10? From what I understand the arcadia is, producing 12% uvb... right? but until recently they weren't available in the US. This is the bulb that I think I need.

I will also need a fixture, from what I understand I can use one from a home store like Lowes or Walmart. Like a regular under the cabinet fixture?
Like this fixture?

I'm on a strict budget (I'm a college kid) and I want to make sure I invest in the right stuff.
All I really need to know is if those two things are compatible and are going to produce good high quality UVB..
I need to be able to just put the bulb into the fixture and mount the fixture, I'm not smart enough to have to any converting, or re-wiring, etc.
Thanks.
