Apollo, The Sun God

Just got my new beardie, Apollo. He's a super citrus leatherback which came in yesterday from Fire and Ice Dragons. This was my first time ordering from them and have been super impressed by Terri. Super fast response to my questions I've been emailing and Apollo came home very alert, very active, and little signs of stress.

I am thinking about ordering a baby from fire and ice. I am looking at Zeus and Tansy's clutch. Have you been happy with fire and ice and are the colors what you expected? Would you buy from them again?

Did you get a bearded dragon from them? I got a baby from the Zeus and Tansy clutch that hatched may 28th. She is absolutely gorgeous! I am very happy I went with fire and ice dragons. Even after I had read all the mixed reviews I decided to take a chance. Terri is amazing!! Absolutely amazing! She answered all my dumb questions patiently(even though she knows I already had a bearded dragon lol), I had a VERY embarrassing problem with my card and she was very patient with me, and very VERY understanding!! and if I emailed my emails were answered quickly! And we've kept in contact fairly often even since I got my baby!! I will be getting another dragon from them in December for my youngest son who would like a beardie now I cant wait to see the beauty she picks out for me this time!!

I agree, Terri is amazingly patient and thorough. Very, very helpful and even though I'm sure she's heard the same questions hundreds of times before, she is still very thorough in answering them. Awesome customer service for sure.
