Sadly with the amount of rescues I get I can't always keep my retired breeders I would like to who out there that are BD.org members that would be willing to adopt retired breeders and rescues. I am looking at adopting one of my retired breeding females soon but she is also considered Special Needs she has a small mass on her gum by her teeth the vet's do not want to remove it. It dose not effect her she eats great and is a very happy gorgeous girl; she sometimes opens her mouth to breathe but that comes from the fact that the "mass" causes her to drool. Yes....drool! I wipe the outside of her mouth once a day which she is great with and gives no fuss over; she LOVES Super Worms and Roaches she isn't huge on Crickets but will eat them she is a veggie hog so don't be surprised if she nose dives into her plate. She is a bright full Body Orange very stocky at about 17" she is 4 1/2 Years old. I do not breed my females beyond the age of 5 as I feel it is wrong and hard on them she also was not bred until this year and have a hard time with the pregnancy she is just not meant to be a breeder. She is a very special dragon to me as she was my second dragon I ever had I raised her and my other boy "Sparky" from tiny little babies if you would like pictures of her and would consider offering her a life time home feel free to email me at [email protected].
She dose have a small adoption fee which will help cover shipping when you email me please include your zip code and what kind of experience you have with Dragons.
I am posting this on the General forum because I am also going to make a list of people who might consider adopting dragons later down the road so even if you are not ready to adopt now email me and let me know you would like to be put on my adoption list.
