anyone have experience with premature bearth?

One of my babies unfortunately appears to have hatched extremely early. I came home and found this in my incubator beside a empty egg

I currently have him inside the incubator in his own cup but im just not sure he will make it. i am hoping for the best but am really on the verge of crying i feel so bad. i cant help but think i did something wrong here.

Brian, I only did once and I kept him on a warm wet paper towel for 2 days and he finally separated from it!!

Ill also post this in case anyone ever runs into this as we have. Just try to keep the sack damp because he is still absorbing the nutrients. You don't want it to dry out rite away. He should separate in a few days, if he wants to make it..
