I have a rock that I would like to lean against the back of a wooden viv, but I'm concerned with it falling down. Any good tricks to stick it to the wall? I was thinking of trying mirror mastic, but not sure if it will stick to the rock. It's very flat, and should lean up against the back well. I've also thought about drilling a few holes in the viv and using bailing wire....but would rather not drill the holes if I don't have to.

Command makes these heavy-duty Velcro fasteners that hold up to 3 pounds of weight. That might be a simpler option for you. Depending on how flat the side of the rock is.
