Amount of insects

My young beardie (not entirely sure of age maybe 6/8months) currently gets fed 20 Calci Worms and 10 meal worms during the day and then gets between 5 and 15 (mixture of both) in the evening. Does this sound too much? He gets crickets occasionally given alongside less worms and I bought some dubia roaches today to let him try tonight.

He doesn’t appear to be what I would call overweight.

He is young and growing so will need plenty of protein. I would alternate the calci worms, roaches, and crickets as you get them but offer as many as he wants at each meal within a bout a 10(ish) minute window. The actual number he eats will vary as his appetite fluctuates between growth spurts.
