Alfalfa (plant, not sprouts) is marked as a "Great Staple"

Clover is marked as a "Great Treat"

Neither has the full nutritional content listed though.

Be wary of feeding wild growing plants of any kind.

Unless you are 100% certain there's been no pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, etc. (from either your own area or from nearby neighboring areas), then you can't be certain of not introducing unwanted/dangerous chemicals.

I agree with being wary of wild plants. They could contain chemicals (or not, you just don't know). It's a good idea to start a garden or even just a planter to feed both you and your dragon. You can plant a variety of good staples to harvest.

i live in a area where the plants grow however they want. people don't put pesticides or herbicides or so on them. it just kinda grows.
