Age and Gender

Can someone please help me out and try and give me an estimate on how old my beardie puff is and if it's a boy or girl. I've been told it's a boy because of the dots on the inside of his legs which you can't see in the pictures. First two pics are for age and the third is for gender.

He measured at 8 inches a few days ago

Couldn't get him to stay still for that last pic lol
