acting strange and undegested food in stool

my beardy alec has not been his normal color for the past week hes also been acting strange by getting realy black at random times. i thought he had parasites so i treated for them and now he eats super and phoniex worms in his bath today he pooped and i saw at least 6 hole phoniex worms. hes also been sheding this week could that contribute or should i take him to a vet

Hello What is his basking temp? Pheniox worms do sometimes come out undigested so dont be to worried about that.

i havent checked in a while honestly they were 95 last time i did.

Ok I would raise it to 100-105. 95 is the minimum needed to digest food.
