I know you have said that your UVB's are ReptisunT5HO's but when you bought them they come with 5.0 bulbs (the only way they come). Did you buy the 10.0's to replace them? If not they are not getting the proper UVB that they need.
Like AHBD said, more than likely relocation stress. Some dragons take longer han others to acclimate.
