So the temps at night drop to around 68-70F, which I understand is fine. However, I've been treating my 6 month old dragon Frank for parasites and had read that temperatures in the 80s are better to help activate the probiotics I've been giving him as well. Is this the case?
With the CHE bulb on at night, Frank's body temperature stays around 88 to low 90s. During the day, his temps in his 5ftx2ftx2ft enclosure are:
-Basking spot 107-110F
-warm side around 95-100F
-cool side mid 80s F
- humidity on cool side usually is around 37-41%. I have the digital thermometer/hygrometer on the cool side and the probe only gets the temp of the warm side, but last I checked, the humidity on the warm side tends to stay in the lower 30%.
