A little confused

Ok so I have read so much conflicting information. Give calcium without D3...make sure you have calcium with D3. At this point in time I am giving it without the D3 and all my dragons (except for the rescue with mbd) are doing fine. I guess my question is should my calcium have D3 or not?

I think it depends on the type of UVB you use. A flourescent tube light isn't as potent as a Mercury Vapor Bulb. I hope someone who knows more than I can verify that.

I switched to a MegaRay MVB about a month ago. I read different posts on BD.org and on the reptileuv site. I can't remember where it was specifically, but multiple people said that if you have an MVB then you should use calcium without D3. The stronger UVB from the megaray allows the beardie to make their own D3.

If you have and mvb light you Do Not use D3.

If you use a standard flourescent bulb like a Repti-sun 10.0 then you Do use D3
