The Mega Ray would act as a heat bulb and UVB. So if you were using a megaray you should not need to use a basking spot bulb aswell (unless you need to raise the temps more). Your beardie would need to be under the bulb to absorb UVB and I think the Mega Ray needs to be about 12-14" from your beardie.
Your other option is to use a regular spot bulb to raise temps at the basking spot and use a linear tube UVB bulb which should span 3/4 of the length of your vivarium. If you choose this option you would need to get either a Repti-SUN 10.0 or the Arcaida D3 12% (be careful as other brands are no good) and your beardie needs to be able to be able to get to 8" from the bulb to get adequate UVB exposure.
There should be no wire mesh or plastic between the UVB light and your beardie as this can block UVB rays.
