Hi, my lizard Superhands is only 6 months old and a champion eater! Except he could quite literally eat his dubia roaches to no end, he doesn't seem to have a limit! So far I've been cutting him off around 10 medium roaches, do you guys think thats enough for a healthy growing beardie? I don't want him to get chunky !

Thanks so much

At 6 months he is just trying to support growth spurts. They tend to need a LOT of protein. I would give him 2-3 bug meals per day all he wants in about 10 min or so. The amount he wants will vary over time but if he's hungry let him eat lots of bugs for now. His appetite should start to slow down as he reaches full size at around 12-18 months and he will gradually transition to a more vegetarian diet.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
