So I read that Bearded Dragons will wave their arms (if female) to attract the head bobbing male in mating season.
Well I looked over and my unknown gender baby beardy of *roughly* 5 weeks old was waving its arms at me - circular slow motion. And it continued until I scooted over to the glass.
Beardies dont reach sexual maturity until 18 months... So my only guess is that it was submitting to its reflection in the glass. But this isnt consistent as it climbs and scratches at the glass (which others in other threads have said its trying to dominate the reflection)
Any ideas? Could it just be stretching?
