5.0 + 10.0 UVB at same time?

I upgraded to a larger tank (40 gal) and so decided to upgrade by UVB to an T5 HO tube one (upgrade from the ReptiSun 10.0 coil lamp)...

However, I know 5.0 is not sufficient (especially when it is sitting above screen like mine is), so I ordered a 10.0 but it won't be arriving for another few days...

Just wondering if it would be harmful to turn on the 10.0 coil lamp in addition to the 5.0 tube one, or if I should just use one or the other for now until my tube 10.0 T5 HO tube arrives?

I don’t think it will hurt anything but it won’t kill a dragon if they don’t get uvb for a day or two. It’s when they don’t get proper lighting for long periods of time.

How tall is the 40G tank ?

If the coil is a 10% UVB and a 25W , and it's in a nanohood or reflector dome, and UNDER the mesh , it's effective up 8" from the basking spot.
