3yr old bearded dragon has a swollen foot

I notices about a week ago that my beardeds foot was swollen up his leg and my dad said maybe he slipped and fell or fell off his heat rock but now it has like a blister that looks like poop stuck to him but it does not come off.. He is eating better then he ever has before eatin just bout anything i will give him and as often as i give. I dont know what to do and right now there is no way i can afford a vet. If anyone has any idea of what this could be can you please let me know or how to cure it if i can? thank you so much.

Could you please post a picture of that foot for me?
What type & brand of UVB light do you use, a flourescent tube bulb or a compact/coil light? What type of basking light are you using, a bright white light or a colored bulb?
Do you supplement calcium?
What are the temperatures in the tank, & what type of thermometer do you use to take the temperatures? A stick on type, a digital probe or a temp gun?
