Hi there....there are a few possibilities. It may be that you unknowingly struck her or rolled on her during the night [ she may have moved near you w/out you knowing ] That is my first guess. And it's really never safe to let a beardie sleep on your bed. A year or so back, another poster was devastated after smothering her dragon in bed. It's not good for you either, beardies carry diseases + fungus that can be transmitted to us, so the only place for a reptile to sleep is in it's tank. And there is a slight possibility that your massaging moved something that ended up becoming very uncomfortable but I would have thought that the reaction would have been immediate . I don't believe in the massaging, people really have no idea of how much pressure is enough or too much. There is a possibility that she's carrying eggs , so if she ends up straining , then looks exhausted you'll need to get to an experienced reptile vet ASAP.Hopefully it was just a severe fright and she'll get over it.
