No. Everyone uploading their photos for me to be able to use them for the calendars is more than enough help. The upload tool I made (starting last year) helps a lot too. But uploading it that way, it pre-sorts the images by size, and saves your usernames and beard's names. That's work that would literally be a quarter of the time I spent before I could do any selections. Next, I go through and flag the ones that I think will work and mark ones I know won't. If I need something from any of you for your images, I'll follow-up via PM or email.
For those interested, my process is basically:
- Gather and sort (largely done but he upload tool now)
- Triage (work through to pick out the top candidates for full page and cover)
- Make final selection for full/cover images, medium size images, and the rest being the smaller images.
- Narrow down to one pic per beardie, for those still needing that selection
- Put them all into the layouts
- Adjust for ensuring all images for any one member are in the same calendar (I usually make 2 each year; I may do 3 this year).
- Post preview images
- Make corrections from all your feedback (sometimes I get the names wrong or miss someone's beardie)
- Post final images for the 2016 calendars and announce availability.

I just hope that they sell reasonably well. The last couple years have been pretty low on sales, which is unfortunate, as it is one of the bigger things to help pay for the hosting costs. Hopefully this year will be better. If not, at least there will be good calendars for people. I am hoping to have them available by the end of October, if I can get enough time to work on them between now and then.
