What are some of the things you do to beardie proof your home?

I hate when I am holding a warm rough beardie then I feel something cold and wet in my hands :puke: .

I am pretty new with my beardie (about a month) And I was wondering how often/how I should bathe her. I have seen a lot of people talking about bathing their dragons

I have a baby beardie and she can get stressed sometimes :roll: . I just wanted to know what can help a beardie not get stressed. If you need to know it usually happens when I have to put her down and do something.
