Is it bad to have more than one basking spot?

So my beardie has some shed on his legs and arms, and on most of his tail. His appetite seems to be almost nonexistent recently. I understand that shedding can cause that, but he hasnt eaten a single thing today.

My beardie has been puffing up his beard with air and it looks like he is trying to swallow air? He kind of tilts his head back. I've noticed him do this a few times in the last couple of days.

So Rasberries are not on the nutrition chart, and i googled if it was okay to feed to beardies, and all of the things i read (limitied quanity, and most seemed inexperienced) said that they were okay to feed as a treat. Is this true? Thanks guys
